I have completed the national and Colorado state portions of real estate school through Kaplan Real Estate Education, having earned all 6 certificates required for Colorado State licensure. I also have completed a comprehensive transaction coordinating class in preparation to work as a transaction coordinator and have received the completion certificate for that class, as well.
Previously, I worked within business brokerage and fed 3 firms 4 to 8 deals per day consecutively for 7 years.
Transaction coordination suits my studious, meticulous nature. I like to build systems that work for both me and my clients. I am deeply invested in win /win ideology and implementation. I really enjoy helping others succeed and I am smart enough to know that when my broker clients succeed, I succeed as well.
The opportunity to invest my brokerage experience, organizational and communication skills within the residential real estate industry came about quite organically when Keller Williams offered me a scholarship to real estate school.
