Assignment fees are determined according to each specific transaction’s profit margins after repairs, potential holding costs, and closing costs. My wholesale assignment fees are generally nominal comparative to greed based agendas that dominate the wholesale space.
In other words, I do not seek to acquire homeowner equity for personal enrichment. Instead, I offer my homeowners as much revenue as possible, while providing my financial partners with transactions that are equitable and profitable while working to support myself, as well.
I charge my financial partners a reasonable fee for my services based on each specific transaction while assuring that I am paid appropriately for my work in finding and facilitating each transaction I bring to the table.
My objective is to see both homeowners and financial partners paid appropriately while also making sure that my fee is reasonable, appropriate, and responsibly calculated based on the specifics of each transaction. Win-win is the way.
